Our townhome boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has 1 king bed with 45 inch Roku TV with streaming ability, bedside tables include easy lights with USB outlets for charging ports. Large closet with sliding doors, and black out shades.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, with charging port for USB outlets, dresser and large closet with mirrored sliding doors.
The backyard patio is private with gas BBQ and outdoor lighting. The laundry room is located inside the unit. The garage is attached to the unit accessible thru the laundry room, protect your vehicle from the heat. The door from the garage enters directly into the townhome through the laundry room. The kitchen is stocked with microwave, toaster, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker with KCups, and regular drip coffee machine, baking sheets, pots and pans, spices, BBQ tools etc. There is a dedicated desk for work- station that includes extra charging ports USB on the back of the desk.
The dining room boasts a large kitchen table set for four.
The townhome is located on one floor - NO STAIRS. The TVs offer streaming services. Our home is located in the heart of Tempe. Tons of great restaurants, malls, shopping locations, Oasis Water park is 2 miles away, Old Town Scottsdale is 15 minutes away, Phoenix Airport is 10 minutes away, Golf courses and Baseball stadiums are all around. There is so much to do in the Tempe/Phoenix area you will have to make a return trip. My husband and I manage our townhome together. Contact me for more photos. Entrance into the residence is by keypad. You will have your own key code to enter and exit the unit. We are not a corporate office rental company.
