The main suite features a large bedroom with king bed, a bathroom/laundry, an updated kitchen with a new refrigerator, a new stove, and a new dish washer, and a spacious Arizona Room with a flat-screen TV and an adjacent second bedroom.
The guest quarters feature a bedroom with king bed, bathroom, and a large living room with a comfortable hide-a-bed and flat-screen Smart TV; an en-suite laundry, pantry, and a kitchenette with a two-burner induction stove top, an air fryer, and a microwave.
Both units have separate entrances so you will not be tripping over each other coming and going. The guest quarters include a flat-screen Smart TV so your guests can relax while watching their own favorite mini-series.
When your guests depart, you can entertain your Green Valley guests using the entire house the guest quarters for quiet conversations, the Arizona Room for games, and the adjacent outdoor patio for a breath of fresh air.
Tenant will be responsible for all utilities (Green Valley Water, Tucson Sewer, Tucson Electric Power, Southwest Gas), TRASH REMOVAL (Waste Management), and internet service.
